The Soulful Summit annual event takes place in Sedona, Arizona, which is known for its stunning red rock cliffs and high energy vortex centers. This event, occurring on the summer solstice weekend,  includes 13 profound experiences, 4 expert teachers, and an environment that supports the potential for maximal personal growth, relaxation, and spiritual adventure. Activities throughout the weekend will take place in various locations, providing an opportunity to fully explore this magical city.

Sound Healing Expert and Teacher, founder of The Soundbath Center, and co-founder of Los Angeles Reiki Academy, Jamie Bechtold, uses her intuitive teaching style to deliver a unique, elevated experience in sound therapy. Participants are responsible for their own lodging and are welcome to stay anywhere they would like. Sedona is full of a variety of options for every budget...from luxury spa resorts, to the basic hotel, or even camping, everyone is sure to find the place for them. Participants are encouraged to book their lodging early to make sure they get the place they want.

FAQ

Q: Where does this event take place?

The event is in Sedona, Arizona. We will go to multiple locations around the city throughout the 3 days. The primary location is the Sedona Creative Life Center.

Q: Is there an age limit for this event?

Yes. Attendees must be at least 18 years old.

Q: What are my transportation options getting to the event?

Drive or Fly. From Los Angeles to Sedona it will take you approximately 7 hrs of travel time . If you chose to fly, you will have to fly to Flagstaff or Phoenix and find a way to get to Sedona. Whether you drive or fly it most likely will take you the same amount of time to get from LA to Sedona. We believe driving is the easiest and most convenient way to travel.

Q: Do I need to have a car while in Sedona?

Yes, you will need to have a car or be with someone who does. The experiences take place at various locations around Sedona and you will need transportation to get there.

Q: Is carpooling available?

Possibly. When you register please fill out the carpool request section. We can’t promise you a ride but we will connect those who are looking for community travel.

Q: Where should I stay?

You are welcome to stay anywhere you would like. We suggest staying in the city of Sedona so you will be closest to the various locations. If you stay out of Sedona you may have to drive 30-40 min to get to some locations.

Q: What should I do to prepare for this event?

This event is aimed to helping you get connected, clear and spiritually open. We recommend treating your body well before the event. It’s best to abstain or minimize consumption of alcohol or other drugs before (and during) the event.

Q: Is my ticket transferrable?

Yes, you may transfer your ticket one time without a fee.

Q: Can I update my registration information?

Yes.

Q: What is the refund policy?

50% of your full paid ticket price is refundable prior to May 20th, 2019. Refund requests can be made by emailing us at info@SoulfulSummit.com. Deposits are NOT refundable. No refunds will be given for any reason after May 20th, 2019.

Q: Do you I have to attend all the activities during the event?

No, but it’s good if you do. The event experiences build on each other to create a complete experience.

Q: What do I need to bring?

A full packing list will be emailed before the event, but plan on bringing the following:

  • Yoga mat, blanket(s), pillow
  • Hiking shoes
  • Comfortable clothes
  • Workout clothes
  • Swimsuit
  • Swim towels
  • Clothes and 2 towels for sweat lodge (light clothing – tank top or t-shirt and shorts work well)
